New Growing in Grace

Michael Kuehn begins a new, five-week Growing in Grace class this Sunday on the topic of Worship. Join us at 9:30am in the Fellowship Hall.

An Evening of Poetry

Poets, Brittany DiSalvo, Randy Edwards, and Jensen Kirkendall will be presenting their original work, discussing creativity, imagination, and how they employ words to make sense of the world. In addition, each artist will be speaking to how to engage with the poetic imagination along with pointing to past and contemporary poets whose work you may want to know.

This event is sponsored by the Almond Tree Artist Collective and is hosted by Christ Church in Winston-Salem, NC.

VBS 2023 is A Fish Tale

Grace Kids of all ages, Families, and Friends are gathering for this summer’s Vacation Bible School, A Fish Tale. Join us for a family Vacation Bible School on July 14-16.

We will be meeting at the following times:

Friday night 5:30- 7:30pm
Saturday Morning 9:30-11:00am
Sunday Morning Children’s Church
Sunday night 5:00-7:00pm

Please bring non-perishable food item each Session for 2nd Harvest Food Bank.

Grace House Summer Camp 2023

Lallapaloosa of Fun!!

This year our campers will be experiencing many new and exciting things. Each week will be packed with crafts, games, and activities all of which will be centered around the theme of the week. There will be a one SUPER special fun activity per week.

Weeks of Camps
June 13-15- Wild About Animals
June 20-22- Music and Art
June 27-29- Winter Wonderland

Who: Camp is available for ages 2 years old- 1st grade (As of August 31, 2022)
When: Camp is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 9 am to 12 pm.
Cost: $50.00 for the whole week to join the fun for all three days!
$40.00 each additional child from the same Family.
No per day rate available

Grace Gallery Reception: Waves

Jennifer Edwards, a visual artist and member of the Almond Tree Artist Collect will have a reception for the current Grace Gallery exhibit of her tapestry art show, Waves: A Story of Everyday Life. Attendees will be able to view pieces and Jennifer will be speaking about the story behind thirteen small tapestries woven to deal with a loved ones’ journey through Alzheimer’s and to dialog about the waves of life we all experience! Come join the conversation, or simply listen.

Youth Graduation BBQ ’23

Grace Kernersville Youth and their families are invited to honor Grace HS Seniors and the families with our annual HS Graduation Banquet on Saturday, May 13 at 6pm.

If you are a graduate or their family member, please select how many in your party will be coming. Please feel free to invite grandparents, uncles and aunts and cousins.

For everyone else (Grace Youth and their families), we will be providing the fixins. BBQ and dessert will be provided by the church, we will supply everything else. Please select how many of you will be attending and select what you would like to bring.
